Order receive hone ke baad hum aam tor par 1–2 working days mein order process karte hain.
Order dispatch hone ke baad aapka parcel courier service ke hawale kar diya jata hai.
Order dispatch hone ke baad tracking details, agar available hon, aapko provide ki ja sakti hain.

Pakistan ke andar aam tor par delivery:

Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Areas: 3–7 working days
Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery time location, weather, public holidays aur courier service ki wajah se kabhi kabhi zyada bhi ho sakta hai.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges order place karte waqt checkout par show kiye jayenge.

Agar kisi product par Free Delivery available ho, to uski information product page ya checkout par clearly mention hogi.

💵 Cash on Delivery

Jaldichalo par Cash on Delivery (COD) selected areas mein available hai. Aap parcel receive karte waqt payment kar sakte hain.

COD order confirm karne ke liye hamari team aapse phone call ya message ke zariye contact kar sakti hai.

📍 Address & Contact Information

Order place karte waqt apna complete aur correct delivery address, mobile number aur naam zaroor provide karein.

Agar delivery address ya contact information ghalat ho, to delivery mein delay ya order return hone ka risk ho sakta hai.

🔄 Failed Delivery / Returned Orders

Agar customer parcel receive nahi karta, phone available nahi hota, ya address incomplete/incorrect hota hai, to parcel courier ke zariye humein return ho sakta hai.

Aisi situation mein dobara delivery ke liye additional shipping charges apply ho sakte hain.
